Easy use of ordering form on web sight. I’ve been waiting about 6 1/2 days on and still have not received anymore info about order. Knowing anything is better than nothing. Still a very decent price and sounds like quality is pretty well guaranteed. Just like to hear a little more often about the progress of my order so my mechanic can plan the install a little better. Driving a borrowed vehicle is no fun!

The website is great. The deal they offered is great / high quality (we hope) and a good price that included delivery. It would have been a Five Star rating, except for the last minute THREATS about the possibility of missing their delivery truck, with a penalty of up to $200 if that had happened. If they put their efforts into making the delivery nightmares clear up front, it would not have been so offensive.
